1) Pumpkin Festival in Ludwigsburg, Germany. 

They make sculptures out of pumpkins. It's AMAZING.

2) Oktoberfest in Münich!! I've got my dirndl pressed and ready to go!

3) Grape picking at a German riesling vineyard on the Rhine with my girlfriends. 

And, of course, drinking copious amounts of wine thereafter.
